At Honey Jayde, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below to ensure that your returns are handled promptly and efficiently.
Return
  • If you wish to return your items, these must be new, unworn, and undamaged and must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund

  • Refunds will only be offered if your received items are damaged or if the he return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at honeyjaydeau@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Please provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
